Introduction

Welcome to Breslin Jewelry Co. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of BreslinJewelryCo.com and to custom jewelry orders placed with us. Because every piece is created specifically for its client, please review the custom order, pricing, shipping, and return information below before approving your order. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Custom Jewelry Orders

Each piece is made to the design and specifications you approve. Production typically takes 6–8 weeks after final design approval; shipping transit time is additional.

Custom orders are final sale. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the options required by applicable law.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind after you approve an order. Deposits are nonrefundable if you cancel for that reason. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will refund the amount paid. Please contact us about damage or craftsmanship concerns so we can review them under our warranty and applicable law.

2. SMS Consent & Communication Policy

Providing a phone number for an inquiry or order does not by itself enroll you in promotional texts. Promotional texts require a separate opt-in. To stop subscribed text messages, follow the opt-out instructions in those messages or contact support@breslinjewelryco.com or 702-592-8303. We do not share SMS opt-in information with other companies for their own marketing; providers may process it to deliver messages on our behalf.

3. Pricing

Each custom piece is quoted individually based on its approved design, materials, gemstones, and scope of work. We will confirm your price before production begins. If you request a change that affects the price, we will provide an updated quote for your approval before proceeding. We will not charge you more than the price you approved without your consent.

All prices are final. No negotiations.

4. Payment Information

By submitting payment details, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge your selected method for the total order amount. Discounts, gift cards, and special offers must be applied at checkout. They cannot be applied retroactively.

5. Diamond Certificates

Loose diamonds ship with a diamond grading report (certificate) from independent laboratories. For refunds or exchanges, the original certificate must be returned. Failure to do so may result in a replacement fee.

6. Product Information

We strive for accuracy, but variations may occur due to monitor settings and manufacturing tolerances.

Carat weights may have an industry-standard variance of 0.05 carats.
Dimensional tolerances apply to gemstones, pearls, and other jewelry components.

8. Site Content & Intellectual Property
