Return Policy

At Breslin Jewelry Co., we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Due to the nature of our business, we have the following return policy in place:

Custom Orders

• All deposits for custom orders are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Custom pieces are made to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Standard Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns on eligible, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all certificates and paperwork included.

• Returns will be subject to inspection before approval.

• A restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or engraved jewelry

• Final sale or clearance items

• Any item that shows signs of wear or damage

• Gift cards

Refunds & Store Credit

• Approved returns will be processed within 3 business days after receipt.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.

• Store credit may be offered as an alternative, if applicable.

Return Process

1. Contact our team at support@breslinjewelryco.com with your order details and reason for return.

2. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

3. Securely package your item and include all original documents.

4. Ship the item using a trackable and insured shipping method. Breslin Jewelry Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or repair.

• We may require photos or an inspection before approving a resolution.

Exchanges

• Eligible items may be exchanged for a different item of equal or greater value within 14 days of receipt.

• Price differences must be settled at the time of exchange.
