Processing Time: Custom jewelry typically takes 6 to 8 weeks after final design approval to complete and prepare for shipment. Shipping transit time is additional.
Shipping Carriers: We ship via FedEx to ensure the safest and most reliable delivery.
No PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address at checkout.

Shipping Timeframes

Custom orders are final sale. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you and provide the options required by applicable law.
