How long does custom jewelry take to make?
Custom orders typically take 4-6 weeks from design approval to completion. More complex designs may take longer. If you need a rush order, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality precious metals, including 14K and 18K gold, and sterling silver. Our diamonds and gemstones are hand-selected for brilliance and quality.
Do you offer lab-grown diamonds?
Yes! We offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds, depending on your preference. If you’re unsure which option is right for you, we’re happy to guide you through the process.
Can I provide my own diamonds or gemstones?
In some cases, yes. We accept client-supplied stones on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at support@breslinjewelryco.com with details about your stone, and we’ll let you know if we can work with it.
Plating & Finishing
Do you offer vermeil or gold plating?
Yes! We offer high-quality vermeil plating (thick gold plating over sterling silver) for select pieces. We provide replating services for our jewelry.
How long does vermeil plating last?
With proper care, vermeil plating can last years. Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals to preserve its longevity.
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping within the U.S. on all orders over $500. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.
What is your return policy?
- Ready-to-ship jewelry: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. The item must be unworn and in its original condition.
- Custom & personalized jewelry: Due to the nature of custom work, all custom orders are final sale.

Jewelry Care & Sizing
How do I care for my fine jewelry?
- Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying lotions and perfumes.
- Store in a soft pouch or jewelry box when not in use.
- Use warm water and mild soap to clean your jewelry. Soak for a few minutes, gently scrub with a soft toothbrush, then rinse and dry with a lint-free cloth.
Do you offer jewelry cleaning services?
Yes! We offer professional cleaning and polishing services. Email us to schedule a cleaning for your piece.
How do I find my ring size?
We recommend visiting a local jeweler to get measured or ordering a ring sizer. If you need help, reach out, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Repairs & Warranty
Do you offer repairs?
We only offer repairs on pieces made by Breslin Jewelry Co. We do not offer repairs on jewelry purchased elsewhere.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! All jewelry comes with a one-year craftsmanship warranty. This covers manufacturing defects but does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or lost stones.
